Anyway. Back to the blogging thing.

Well, I have a week off of work this week, WHOO HOO! So, I'm sitting here, listening to the Dead Milkmen, browsing LBPCentral.com, and writing the story for a comic that isn't coming out until next June. (Hey, I told you I work far ahead!) I'm also working frantically to get up to at least March's comic done before February hits. February has got to be our worst month at my job. Every single bank has their annual reports to be done, and we're down to only two people in the art department. What does this mean? Simple. Sara has to do 9 financial sections all by herself. These are awful and take loads and loads of time. So, yeah, it's November, but that's what I'm thinking about right now.

Anyway, probably should talk a bit about the comics now, shouldn't I? Well, okay. I've started drawing backgrounds myself. I am terrible at it, and I know this, but I made a realization that I will never get better if I keep taking the easy way out. This one takes place in the woods, and I'm good at drawing trees, so this will be a good practice run for me. I did draw a bus for the first time ever quite recently, and it actually looks like a bus. Incredible, right? There's also a house coming up in comic 20 that I'm trying really hard to draw properly. It's very important to me that this house look a certain way, so I've been studing pictures and stuff. Hopefully it won't look too terrible. Lol. Yes, I know. I probably shouldn't blog about my weaknesses, but hey, we're all human, right?
